We would like to welcome our new e-mail subscribers, most of whom signed up at the LEAH Convention, June 1st and 2nd.  The Convention was very successful for the Constitution Party.  Howard Phillips spoke Friday and Saturday (June 2 - 3). 

He took time to meet people and answer questions at our Constitution Party booth on Friday, and also took some questions from the audience on Saturday.  He left immediately after his Saturday morning session to drive to Albany for the Right to Life Party Convention, to support the Senate candidacy of Louis Wein.  We were gratified by the amount of interest generated by Howard's speaking sessions.

If you have not already done so, please check out Mr. Wein's website at http://www.weinsenate.com  Howard Phillips has endorsed Louis Wein's Senate candidacy.  Mr. Wein will be running in a Right to Life Party primary for their ballot line.  

We are currently engaged in a petition effort to get Mr. Wein into a Republican primary with Rick Lazio.  We need to collect 15,000 signatures by June 27th, and can use all the help we can get. 

Louis Wein has been endorsed by Alan Keyes, by the NY chapter of the NRA, and by Gun Owners of America.  If you would be willing to collect signatures of Republicans in your neighborhood / workplace / church / club / organization... please let us know as soon as possible.  You can email me at nyco747747ution@aol.com, and I will get petitions to you. 

This current petition effort leads up to our attempt to gain ballot access for the Constitution Party, between July 11th and August 15.  Mr. Wein has agreed to lead that effort and we are currently pooling resources and contacts to maximize our chances for success.  The Constitution Party ballot line would be headed by Howard Phillips for President, with Louis Wein for Senate, and possibly several congressional candidates.  

Please consider helping in this effort, as we need you to step forward to help make our first ballot access attempt a reality.  The groundwork has been laid, and if we are ever to see the Constitution Party become a force in NY State, we MUST obtain ballot access (for Howard this year and again for our candidate for governor in two years).  Many devoted people have been working hard to get the CP on the ballot in over 40 states; let's add NY to the list of states who are willing to do what it takes to restore biblical, constitutional government to our country.

When we get the Constitution Party on the ballot, we'll have lots of campaigning to do...(the FUN part)... we have access to some great campaign material and bumper stickers, and we can work together to generate media interest.  NYers will finally be introduced to the Constitution Party, a 100% pro-life party dedicated to the principles on which this country was founded.
 
Please do not underestimate the importance of your participation in these efforts.  Things are finally starting to happen, and we need YOU to join with us if we are to succeed.

One last note:  please prayerfully consider making a financial contribution to the NY Constitution Party.  We are attempting to put a candidate on the Presidential ballot  that we can vote for with a clear conscience. We are attempting to bring you a pro-life, Christian candidate to run against Hillary Clinton and the pro-choice Rick Lazio.   We would like to bring congressional candidates to as many districts as possible. 

We need your time, your talent, and/or your resources. Most of all we need your prayers.
